PURPOSE: To provide a production method for obtaining a color filter excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, dimensional accuracy and the like with a simple process at a low cost and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A colored pattern having a prescribed color is formed by transferring a colored fixed film 2 from each dry film 4 having the fixed film 2 having different color of at least three kinds such as R, G, B on the projected plate surface of the prescribed pattern and further transferring the transferred colored film 2 on a transparent substrate 8. And the color filter is produced by repeating a series of the transfer process for each color. |
