<p>PURPOSE: To simplify a structure and to attain a high speed forwarding and rewinding operations. CONSTITUTION: A take up side reel base 3 and a limiter gear 7 are connected together by a linking mechanism. The linking mechanism links the limiter gear 7 and the take up side reel base 3 each other until a first rotational load is produced, on the other hand, when a rotational load above the first rotational load is produced, upon application of the first rotational load, the take up side reel base 3 is made relatively ratable. A brake gear 12 having a small second rotational load is linked with the limiter gear 7, the limiter gear 7 is made unable to rotate by engaging a lock lever 16 therewith only during rotating in a winding direction, on the other hand the limiter gear locking operation of this lock lever 16 is temporarily stopped by a release lever 20 and further, a linkage between the limiter gear 7 and the brake gear 12 is temporarily released by a linkage release mechanism 13 (22).</p> |
