发明名称 LEAD-ACID BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE: To improve liquid decreasing properties of electrolytic solution of a hybrid battery by lowering an allowance rate of a group of electrode plates of a lead acid battery using Pb-Sb alloy for a positive electrode lattice and Pb-Ca alloy for a negative electrode lattice below a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION: A positive pole plate 1 and a negative electrode plate 2 are formed by casting lattices for both positive and negative electrode plates and also by filling this lattices with a paste obtained by kneading lead flour, sulfuric acid and water together with high flatness. A group of electrode plates 4 is formed by putting these electrode plates and polyethylene separators 3 with various thickness together. The allowance rate indicated by the formula of (Y-X)Y}×100 is set 1.72% or less when a hybrid battery is composed of by putting a group of electrode plates 4 with total thickness of Xmm into an electric bath 5 with internal size of Ymm. Thus, a degree of adhesion between the negative pole plates 2 and the separators 3 is so improved that, in a case of an overcharged battery, Sb ions released from the positive electrode plates 1 adhere the separators 3 instead of the negative electrode plates 2 to improve liquid decreasing properties.
