PURPOSE: To obtain the radio exchange system in which a data registration operation for making mobile equipment carried by a customer into a private area usable therein under the management of a private branch of exchange is easily carried out. CONSTITUTION: In addition to an input terminal equipment 21 utilized by a maintenance personnel, an input terminal equipment 24 or a master mobile equipment 11 operated by a reception officer is provided in a radio system comprising plural radio calling base stations 10 connecting to an exchange 20 and an exchange controller 23. Then control data to make a mobile equipment carried by a customer available in a private area are registered in the exchange by the terminal equipment 24 or the master mobile equipment 11. Thus, the service operation is conducted quickly and easily by the customer at a location apart from the exchange 20.
