<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the erroneous operation of instruction input by setting and registering instruction valid time for respective menu items beforehand and defining an instruction as a valid one and executing it only when instruction time counted by a timer exceeds the instruction valid time. CONSTITUTION: The position of a mouse cursor is detected and the contents of an instructed item are acknowledged (a step 1). When an execution instruction by the pushing of a mouse button is detected (the step 2), the timer for counting the instruction time is initialized (the step 3), the set instruction valid time is read and setting is performed for the respective items (the step 4). Thereafter, the timer is operated and the counting of the pushing time of the mouse button is started (the step 5). The mouse button is kept pushed, the counting of the timer is continued (the step 7), and when it is judged that the pushing time exceeds the set instruction valid time (the step 8), the indicated instruction is executed (the step 9).</p> |
