<p>PURPOSE: To enable it to keep tension constant irrespective of rope speed by calculating the reel winding diameter of a rope at this current point of time from the ratio of the rope speed to the rotational frequency, varying the torque of a winder driving motor in response to the winding diameter, and keeping the tension constant. CONSTITUTION: In order to erect a power transmission line extending over pylons to be erected in a remote and secluded place in the mountains, a helicopter or the like is utilized, and first of all, for example, a nylon rope is attached to each pylon, and the wire rope is connected, winding it by a winch, and it is wound on a reel 5 of a winder 4, whereby the transmission line to be primarily erected is installed as pulling it with the wire rope finally. In this case, a reel winding diameter of the rope at this current point of time is calculated from the ratio of speed and rotational frequency of the rope 1, and according to the winding diameter, the extent of torque in a driving motor of the winder 4 is altered and thereby tension is kept constant. In this connection, both maximum and minimum times of the reel winding diameter calculated are detected, emitting a warning.</p> |
