摘要 PURPOSE: To correct a track appropriately so as to enable stable excavating work by providing the guide pipe of a propulsion excavating device with a rotor of almost the same diameter in the rotatory-drivable state inside the guide pipe, and radially protruding/retreating a shifter provided at the rotor. CONSTITUTION: The guide pipe 1 of a propulsion excavating device is provided with a rotor 6 of almost the same outer diameter as the guide pipe 1 coaxially in the rotatory-drivable state. A radially protruding/receding shifter 10 into which a spring 12 and an annular tube 11 surrounding the spring 12 are integrated is provided in the chamber of the rotor 6. A telecamera 4b is provided in a main pipe 4 so as to pick up the image of a laser beam spot position and to transmit it to a ground controller for the surveillance of an excavating direction. When the track of the guide pipe 1 starts bending, the chamber of the rotor 6 is rotated to the bent side, and compressed air is fed to the tube 11 to expand it and to protrude the shifter 10 to the outside. Resistance to the natural ground is thereby increased to push the guide pipe 1 back to the opposite side, thus correcting the track. When the track is put back to the original state, the tube 11 is contracted, and the shifter 10 is contracted into the chamber by the restoring force of the spring 12.
