摘要 PURPOSE: To eliminate the unloading work of a vulcanized tire from a top mold without stopping the automatic operation of a tire vulcanizer by a method wherein a holding-down mechanism for preventing the vulcanized tire from adhering to the top mold by holding down the lower bead of the vulcanized tire when the top mold is opened after the finish of vulcanization is provided. CONSTITUTION: By actuating hydraulic cylinders 11a and 11b just before the opening of a top mold 10 after the finish of the vulcanization of a tire, the bottom clamping part 12 of a bladder is raised to a certain height. On the other hand, an air rotary actuator 7 is actuated so as to transmit its rotation through a driving shaft 8 and a pinion 9 to a guide ring 3. Chucks 1a, 1b and 1c are moved outwards along the guide groove of the bottom clamping part 12 of the bladder just above the bead ring 14 of a bottom mold 13 so as to hold down the bottom bead part 15 of the vulcanized tire with these chucks 1a, 1b and 1c. Thus, when the top mold 10 is raised, the vulcanized tire can be fastened to the bottom mold 13.
