<p>PURPOSE: To provide a circuit board in which the attenuation of a signal propagated in an inductor line can be made extremely small and which can display a prescribed filter characteristic and a prescribed resonance characteristic. CONSTITUTION: In a circuit board A, an inductor line 7 which is composed of a metal powder composed mainly of at least one kind out of tungsten and molybdenum is formed on the surface of an insulating base body 1 which comprises a grounding conductor 5 and a power-supply conductor 6. In the circuit board, a plated metal layer 8 whose electric resistivity is at 7μΩ.Ncm or lower is applied to the exposed surface of the inductor line 7, and the plated metal layer 8 is faced, by keeping a prescribed interval, with a metal body 10 which is connected electrically to the grounding conductor 5 or the power- supply conductor 6.</p> |
