PURPOSE: To provide a waterproof sheet with excellent site workability and property combined by impregnating a non-wooven cloth with composition of amorphous polyα-olefin, crystalline polyα-olefin and carbon black. CONSTITUTION: A non-wooven cloth is impregnated with polyα-olefin composition of 10-100 pt.wt amorphousα-olefin which has a softening point of 100-170 deg.C and a melting viscosity of 10<-1> -10 pascal.sec at 190 deg.C, 90-0 pt.wt crystalline polyα-olefin and 1-5 pt.wt carbon black. However, the total of the amorphousα-olefin and the crystalline polyα-olefin is 100 pt.wt. A water-proof sheet in such a structure has mechanical strength such as tensile strength and tearing strength well-balanced with elongation and combines property such as excellent jointing performance and workability.
