PURPOSE: To reproduce video images without being affected by a transmission synchronization timing by dividing it into plural bands, transmitting video data and selecting the band on a reception side. CONSTITUTION: Four video data band divided in a data division part 1, that are the data LL of both horizontally and vertically low frequency, the data LH of horizontally low and vertically high frequency, the data HL of horizontally high and vertically low frequency and the data HH of both horizontally and vertically high frequency, are code multiplexed and turned to spread data in a spread multiplex transmission part 2. They are inversely spread in a reception inverse spread part 3, demodulated further and inputted to a data synthesis part 4. Then, the band divided data LL, LH, HL and HH are up-sampled and passed through a vertical direction band synthesis filter, horizontal direction low frequency data L are generated from the data LL and LH and horizontal direction high frequency data H are generated from the data HL and HH. Further, the data L and H are passed through a horizontal direction band synthesis filter and transmission video data are reproduced. |
