PURPOSE: To provide an oxidization/reduction process and its device using high pressure pulses which are useful for the oxidization/reduction of a substance not to be carried out effectively in the conventional chemical or biochemical procedures, also useful for the reduction of a substance difficult to be carried out by the conventional direct current process and especially effective in the actions for the skin of organism, food and medical articles. CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with a high pressure pulse generator 1 of single polarity and a transmitter 2 for transmitting high pulses generated by the high pressure pulse generator 1 to an action target, and volume bonding is mainly used for for a transmission means for the transmitter 2 itself or between the transmitter 2 and an action target 3, or else for a transmission means for both, and pulses of comparatively high frequency and high unsymmetrical properties are used as basic pulses generated by the high pressure pulse generator 1. |
