PURPOSE: To enhance workability in the wiring work of lead wires from an oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A tuning fork oscillator 1 is set substantially in parallel with a base 8 and coupled with each other through a clamp 9. Lead pins 6 are arranged on the opposite sides of the oscillator 1 and projecting from the base 8. The lead pins 6 are located on the side of the oscillator 1 and arranged substantially on a line. Piezoelectric elements 2, 3, 4 for detection, reference and driving are formed, respectively, on the faces of the oscillator 1 except the face opposing the surface of the base 8. The elements 2, 3, 4 are connected with the lead pins 6 through a thin metal wire 7. Since the lead pins 6 are located on the side of the oscillator 1 and the elements 2, 3 4 are formed on the faces of the oscillator 1 which do not oppose to the surface of the base 8, connection work of the elements 2-4 and the lead pins 6 can be facilitated. |
