PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a terminal by using means enabling efficient communication between the terminal and a server.SOLUTION: There is provided a terminal management system including a terminal, a management device for managing the terminal, and a communication controller for controlling communication performed between the terminal and the management device. The communication controller includes: storage means for storing terminal registration information including a terminal identifier for identifying the terminal and address information on the terminal, and management device registration information including a management device identifier for identifying the management device and address information on the management device; and relay means for relaying, on the basis of the terminal registration information or the management device registration information, communication establishment signals transmitted and received between the terminal and the management device. The terminal includes: first establishment means for establishing a communication channel for performing the communication by using the UDP, by transmitting a communication establishment signal including the management device identifier to the relay means; and notification means for transmitting state information showing a state of the terminal to the management device through the communication channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
