摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a new pyruvateorthophosphodikinase having specific physicochemical properties and excellent in preservation stabilities and stability against freezing and thawing operations. CONSTITUTION: This pyruvateorthophosphodikinase comprises having the following physicochemical properties. Action : affecting adenosine-monophosphate, phosphoenolpyruvic acid and pyrophosphoric acid in the presence of Mg<2+> and catalyzing a reaction to produce adenosine 5'-triphosphate, pyruvic acid and phosphoric acid and also reverse reaction thereof; Substrate specificity: Specifically affecting adenosine 5'-monophosphate and not affecting inosine 5'- monophosphate; Optimum pH and stable pH range: Optimum pH range is 6.5-7.0 and stable pH range is pH 6.0-11.0 in a treatment at 37 deg.C for 60min; Range of suitable active temperature: 50-60 deg.C; Inactivating conditions by pH, temperature, etc.: Inactivated to <=65% at <=5.5pH and >=12 pH, heat stabilities; stable at 0-60 deg.C and completely inactivated at >=70 deg.C in a treatment at 7.5pH for 30min, and stable in ice (0 deg.C) for 24hr; Molecular weight 230000 (by a gel filtration method).
