CONSTITUTION: A vertically expansible level jack 16 of a position adjusting jack 10 to support a pipe propelling frame 1 is horizontally movable in the lateral and longitudinal directions by a slide jack 22, and an adjust jack 30 provided on the rear part of the pipe propelling frame 1 is abutted on a tip part bearing surface 36 of a fitting plate 35 at a spherical tip part 31, and an abutting surface 37 of the fitting plate 35 is formed so as to be abutted on a pressure bearing wall 61 with full surface even when the pipe propelling frame 1 is inclined.
