PURPOSE: To produce an ITO sintered compact free from warpage and irregular color by firing. CONSTITUTION: When a mixture of an indium compd. with a tin compd. is compacted in a plate shape and fired in a firing furnace to produce an ITO sintered compact, the resultant plate-shaped compact is fired while exposing both principal faces of the compact to the atmosphere in the furnace. |
