PURPOSE: To ensure reliable packing, a degree of freedom in packing dimension, and a high working efficiency by a method wherein a rubber cloth is used as a lining cloth, the lining cloth stretched is overlapped on a surface cloth and a cushioning member and quilted, and a Velcro is fixed by stitching to arbitrary positions of the surface cloth and the lining cloth of a packing pad. CONSTITUTION: A rubber cloth is used as a lining cloth 1 of a packing pad. The lining cloth 1 is overlapped on a surface cloth 2 of a cotton or the like and a cushioning member 3 of a synthetic cotton or the like and quilted 7. One or more pieces of Velcro 5 are fixed by stitching to arbitrary positions of the surface cloth 2 of the packing pad.
