Disclosed are a 2-amino pyrimidine compound, and an organic electroluminescent display and a display device comprising the 2-amino pyrimidine compound. The 2-amino pyrimidine compound of the present invention is as shown in general formula (I), wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are respectively independently selected from an aryl group having 6-30 carbon atoms; and X1, X2, X3 and X4 are independently selected from hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, and an aryl group having 6-12 carbon atoms. The 2-amino pyrimidine compound of the present invention can be applied as an electron transport layer or an organic light emitting layer in the organic electroluminescent display, which advantageously improves the brightness and luminous efficiency of the organic electroluminescent display, and can reduce the driving voltage thereof. |
