PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of the temperature atmosphere around a window by a method wherein air, heated by solar heat in a space between a window glass and a blind, is permitted to be discharged out of the upper part of the window while cold air, stayed in the space in a cold season, is discharged properly. CONSTITUTION: The lower frame of a window is provided with a ventilation port 11, communicating with the outside of a room, while the ventilation port is provided with a fan 13. In a hot season, the ventilation port 11 is closed and air, heated by solar heat in a space between a window glass and a blind, is induced upwardly while the ventilation port 11 is opened and the fan 13 is operated in a cold season to induce cold air, stayed in the lower part of the space, downwardly and discharge it to the outside of the room. |
