PURPOSE: To quickly reset from an abnormal condition of operation to a normal condition of operation by introducing operating oil to a pilot passage made to detour around a disk from the downstream of a pilot valve through a one- way valve. CONSTITUTION: When a linear solenoid 42 is not energized, force of pressing downward a valve body 34b of a pilot valve 34 is lost. Consequently, the valve body 34b is lifted by extending force of a leaf spring, to close a pilot passage 36 by a disk 44. Accordingly, when an internal pressure of a suboil chamber 28 is generated a preset pressure of a one-way valve 46, it is opened to make operating oil escape to the pilot passage 36 from a valve chamber of the pilot valve 34. Consequently, the suboil chamber 28 is held to the preset pressure of the one-way valve 46, to generate fixed damping force. Since a pressure in the downstream of the one-way valve 46 is not guided to an upper surface of the valve body 34b, strongly pressing it upward by this pressure difference is prevented. Accordingly, when the linear solenoid 42 is returned to a normal operation, the valve body 34b can be quickly returned to a normal position. |
