摘要 The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite light emitting device capable of simultaneously performing mechanoluminescence and electroluminescence, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite light emitting device capable of performing both of electroluminescence due to supplying power and mechanoluminescence due to mechanical external force in one light emitting device, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the organic-inorganic composite light emitting device of the present invention, since electroluminescence and mechanoluminescence are both possible, the organic-inorganic composite light emitting device can be applied to various high value light emitting products. The organic-inorganic composite light emitting device comprises: first and second transparent elastic substrates; first and second transparent electrodes provided to face each other, and formed on the first and second transparent substrates, respectively; and an organic-inorganic composite light emitting layer provided between the first and second transparent electrodes.
