The long flexible component (4) is fixed to the body (1) and makes use of the constant tractive force coming from the spring force of the elastic component (2). The body has a cam-shaped peripheral surface part (5) on which the flexible component is wound and a further connecting peripheral surface part (6) in which the one end of the flexible component (4) is anchored. A further component (8, 10) is unrotatably fixed to the body and has a cylindrical outer surface (9, 11), which projects outwards from the body, to which the elastic component (2) is fixed. The movable body is rotatably arranged around the cylindrical component (8, 10) axis, and the flexible component second free end (12) extends outside the body. |
