PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data read time in a semiconductor storage device which includes an error correction circuit and outputs data in series.SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device includes: a memory section which outputs a first data group, a first parity data group corresponding to the first data group, a second data group different from the first data group, and a second parity data group corresponding to the second data group; a first error correction circuit which corrects an error of the first data group by using the first parity data group, to generate a first corrected data group; a second error correction circuit which corrects an error of the second data group by using the second parity data group, to generate a second corrected data group; and an output circuit which outputs data included in the first corrected data group and data included in the second corrected data group, sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
