The invention relates to an installation for imparting a rotation motion to a shaft with a view to producing energy. The invention comprises an enclosure (a) having some walls (5, 6, 7, 8) and a hollow cylinder (1) fastened on a shaft (3) which rota tes within some radial-axial roller bearings (4), the cylinder (1) being placed in a cut-out (b) of the wall (5), so that, between the periphery of the cylinder (1) and of the cut-out (d) there are some plays: a lower play ), an upper play (d) and side plays (e).
