The fermented drink based on malt extract (I) or (II) consists of (1) digesting the mixture of crushed pumpkin, cooked rice and (I) and boiling and cooking in a double boiler, or (2) digesting the mixture of radish, cabbage, jujube, carrot, honey and (II); boiling and cooking in the double boiler for 20 min.; filtering to get filtrate; digesting cooked rice with filtrate and boiling with (II), or (3) digesting the mixture of radish, bean sprout, honey and (II); boiling and cooking in the double boiler and filtering; digesting cooked rice with filtrate and boiling and cooking in the double boiler. (I) is the mixture of malt powder in corn silk extract, and (II) is the mixture of malt powder in ginger extract.
