METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYURETHANE FOAM

The porous surface polyurethane foam is prepared by (a) putting urethane material such as isocyanate into the mold to control the temperature, (b) foaming and releasing it in the mold. The polyurethane foam comprises less than 60wt% solid phase polymer containing monomer such as acrylonitril, styrene and butadiene with vinyl group and polyol dispersed or grafted at polyether polyol with hydroxide end group. Their molecular weight are 2500-6000 and 2500-5500, respectively. The temperature of hot cure mold is 55-70deg.C at injecting and 60-80deg.C at releasing, and the total manufacting time is about 10-30min.
