摘要 FIELD: method and furnace for chemical thermal treatment of nonalloyed electrotechnical steels pieces, production of details surface hardening used, for example, as magnetic conductors in particular. SUBSTANCE: details are heated in operational chambers of electrical furnace. preliminary the chambers are vacuumized to 1 - 10 Pa. Details are refined by hydrogen during their heating up to 900 - 950 C for 1 - 1.5 hours using cyclical feeding of hydrogen medium. Then aluminization is exercised by short time action of flying compound of aluminum. Holding is exercised by several cycles/, each of which provides for vacuumization and ammonia feeding. Details cooling is exercised in furnace to temperature of 500 - 550 C with speed of 15 deg/minute and further intensive cooling in hydrogen medium - to 1-- - 150 C. Further forced cooling is exercised in the air. Furnace to realize the method has two operational chambers with autonomous systems of their heating, vacuum processing, means of generation of magnetic field directed along axis of chamber. One of chambers has apparatus of transversal magnetic field generation. In side chambers there are means to cool inner cavities. Mechanisms of details loading-unloading have fan. Loading carriages carry butt lids of chambers. Vacuum processing systems have means for ammonia dissociation. EFFECT: increased details surface hardening. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
