FIELD: hydraulic metallurgy of noble metals, in particular, gold recovery from gold bearing products. SUBSTANCE: line for processing gold bearing flotation concentrates includes module of precyanidation, module of gold sorption by activated charcoal, module of gold desorption from saturated charcoal, module of charcoal regeneration, and module of electrolyzing of gold bearing solutions with all modules interrelated with conveying means. The line is provided with module of gravitation-flotation recleaning of initial concentrate placed at line start, module of intensive leveling of recleaned concentrate placed downstream of the module of gravitation-flotation recleaning and module of secondary gold concentration placed upstream of module of electrolyzing of gold bearing solutions. In so doing, module of gravitation-flotation recleaning is connected to module of precyanidation through transportation means of recleaned products. Transportation means of recleaning concentrate cakes as a product of its cyanidation are used to close module of gravitation-flotation recleaning through module of intensive cyanidation. Module of intensive cyanidation is connected to module of electrolyzing through means of transportation of gold bearing solutions. Module of secondary gold concentration is connected to module of precyanidation through transportation means for metal free solution. Transportation module of gold bearing solutions and charcoal is connected to desorption module. Desorption module is connected to module of secondary gold concentration through module of electrolysis and transportation means of metal free solutions. Desorption module is connected to module of gold sorption through module of charcoal regeneration. EFFECT: highly effective processing. |
