The two-tier frame (1) has a central part (2) consisting of a floor-standing element (3) and a vertical upright (4) at the top of which are rotary, U-shaped holder rails (8) in a star formation on both levels for the two wheels of each bicycle. The holder rails of the two tiers each form a unit (5,14) which turn by electric motors like a carousel on the upright. The unit of the bottom tier has a central sleeve-shaped tube (6) fitting onto the upright and from which the rails protrude. The unit of the upper tier is fitted onto the top of the vertical upright so that it rotates.
