摘要

The proposed device comprises two cylindrical sections which can be screwed together. One of the sections is hollow and provided on an end face with an awl-type point. The other section is provided at its end face with a blade and can be screwed with the blade into the hollow section. The awl-type point is used for self defence, while the blade will be used by a driver to cut through the safety belt in the event of an accident. The awl-type point can also be used to smash the window of a jammed car door.
