FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy, secondary lead-bearing materials processing in particular, for example, accumulator batteries scrap processing into metal lead. SUBSTANCE: method allows to increase extraction of lead into metal lead and to produce waste slag with low concentration of lead. this is achieved by secondary lead-bearing materials in electrical furnace. Process provides for heat of charge and carbon-bearing solid reducer and production of leas, slag, domestic lead-bearing fumes and gasses. Loadings of charge and carbon-bearing reducer on slag melt bath are exercised separately and heat is carried out under temperature of slag melt of no more than 1159 C with difference of lead and slag temperatures at least 100 C. Before slag tapping it is additionally subjected to reduction. EFFECT: increased amount of extracted lead into metal lead, decreased waste slag lead concentration. |
