FIELD: metal pressure forming, namely, production of bent rolled bars. SUBSTANCE: method comprising steps of successive from pass-to-pass bending of strip blank by rolls with formation of roundings between joined members of its cross section, also comprises steps of bending up blank over first three passes by angle equal to 20 degrees with rounding radius values of that and next passes equal to thickness of section; upon the last pass simultaneously with deforming of section clamping its horizontal flanges by rolls. EFFECT: lowered labor consumption at making bent trough-shaped sections without deterioration of their quality due to decreased wear of rolls. |
