FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has key member 1 and locking member 2 formed as bolt or nut. Head 6 of bolt or nut 4 is made cylindrical. End portion of head is provided with beveled code surface 7 identical to beveled code surface 8 on end surface of threaded portion 9 of key member 1. Side surface of bolt or nut head 6 is provided with connecting thread, which is connected integral with connecting thread of threaded portion 9 of key member 1, when it is joined to locking member 2 through code surfaces 7,8. Key member 1 and locking member 2 are fixed one with respect to the other through connecting screw which may be of captive type.
