FIELD: equipment for microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic main lines for supply of aeration air and discharge of the used air are connected with the steam line by means of shut-off valve and additional valve is installed before filter on the line of process air after filter and on the line of discharge of used air. Besides, installed on the process pipelines of loading-unloading unit are valves provided with two drives combined by the common hollow located in the valve body passage. Unit is communicated with fermentation plant by one pipeline with shutoff valve and with steam line. EFFECT: higher operate reliability of the plant and reduced its specific quantity of metal. |
