FIELD: aeronautical engineering; manufacture of vertical take-off and landing flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: ground-effect machine is known whose vertical landing is not ensured at vertical take-off. Flying vehicle has fuselage, wings mounted on either side of fuselage, power plants and propellers; longer sides of wings are located in parallel with longitudinal axis of fuselage and wing chords lie in planes perpendicular to longitudinal axis of fuselage. Wings are acted on by gas- and-air flows from power plants directed across longitudinal axis of fuselage.
