FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: drinking water is passed through sulfocoal and then through counter-osmotic unit and then dry defatted milk is added at amount 2-3 kg per 1000 dal ready product. Mixture is stirred up to milk dissolving, mixed with rectified ethanol "Extra" to prepare an aqueous-spirituous liquid (strong - 70 vol.%). Liquid is kept for 1 hr and 80% acetic acid is added at amount 350-450 ml per 1000 dal ready product. Mixture is stirred for 10-15 min and settled for 1-2 hr followed by precipitate removal. An aqueous-spirituous liquid strong is corrected to 56 vol.% by addition with prepared water, stirred for 10-15 min, kept for 20-25 min and subjected for filtration at first through diaphragm filter (pore size is 40-70 mcm and 20-30 mcm or 5-15 mcm) and then passed through carbon-refining battery and finally - through diaphragm filter (pore size is 0.45 mcm) and vodka pouring.
