METHOD OF MAKING CASTING FROM Fe(C<1%) ALLOY IN HIGH STRENGTH AND DUCTILE STATE

FIELD: casting production, namely making of castings from FeC alloy with carbon content more than 1% in high strength and ductile state. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of receiving casting with thickness of cementite separation no more than 1 micron, annealing blanks for granular pearlite at temperature 730-800 C; casting metal to mold at crystallization range, realizing pressure crystallization of metal in mold. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing capabilities, wide range of casting product, increased efficiency.
