The winder shaft (7) is positioned in opposite facing side walls (3,4) each possessing a bearing (5,6) and parallel with the sloping top edge of the asymmetrical opening. The shaft winds up the interlinked slats (8). The tangent on the side guide surface (12) passes through the intersection of the winder shaft's axis (A-A) with the inner end surface (14) of the lower bearing (5). That part of the inner surface (15) of the bearing side wall (3), above the winder shaft's axis is flush with the side guide surface, while that part of the inner surface (16) of the bearing's side wall above the winder shaft's axis runs parallel with the winder shaft's lower end surface (17).
