Bearing pressure compensation for rotary piston engine

The pressure compensation is for an engine effectively comprising several systems: precompressor, compressor, combustion, afterburner, etc. The separate systems are coupled turned 180 deg. from each other, so that the adjacent combustion chambers are diametrically opposite each other. Combustion pressure thus works on the opposite sides of the runners. The bearing pressure in the runner guide casing is raised and compensated. Since the pressure ratios in the engine are not constant, the compensation is not total, but more relief is achieved and synchronous combustion cannot happen.
