摘要 FIELD: metallurgy, namely, plants for metal continuous casting. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes casting ladle, vacuum chamber with branch pipe, mounted in bottom of vacuum chamber and introducing to working cavity of casting ladle, vacuum duct and casting nozzles mounted in bottom of intermediate ladle. Inner cavity of casting ladle is separated by four zones with use of three partitions. Mean partition mounted along axis of branch pipe has trapezoidal cross section with angle of face inclination near its base consisting 15-45 degrees. Height of mean partition consists 0.1-0.4 of height of two boundary partitions. Distance between axis of boundary partitions and axis of mean partition consists 0.2-0.3 of spacing between axis of casting nozzles. EFFECT: enhanced quality of continuously cast ingots, enhanced efficiency of process.
