METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF GRANULOMETRIC COMPOSITION OF FLOW OF PARTICLES OF SPRAYED FLUID

FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for testing of fuel injectors working on water-and-coal fuel. Proposed method of determination of granulometric composition of flow of particles of sprayed fluid includes their trapping in immersion medium and subsequent counting and measurement. Novelty of given method lies in microcapsulation of trapped particles of sprayed fluid in immersion medium. Dried capsules are subjected to screening through sieves and obtained samples are weighed. Microcapsulation is conducted by method of interphase polycondensation. Water-and-coal suspension can be used in the capacity of sprayed fluid. Interphase polycondensation is performed by preliminary injection into water-and-coal suspension of polyethylenepolyamine and into immersion medium of polyisocianate. Oil non-polar fluid is used as immersion medium. EFFECT: increased accuracy and authenticity of determination of granulometric composition of flow of particles of sprayed fluid.
