SUBSTANCE: load-gripping device has carrying clamps 1, provided with pressure member 3 made up of at least two links. Lower link 4 is located in clamp mouth. Upper link 5 is coupled with upper flange of clamp for travel along clamp and is connected with load sling. Links are interconnected similar to chain links and they can be made rings-shaped.
