FIELD: manufacture of aircraft; design of aircraft fuelling systems. SUBSTANCE: made in highest points of stringers of main tank upper panel are holes at level of cut of intake branch pipes of additional vent pipe line connecting main and auxiliary tanks. Cut of outlet branch pipe of overflow pipe line running from main to auxiliary tank is located in auxiliary tank at level of cut of intake branch pipe of additional vent pipe line. Besides that pipe lines fitted with filling cocks are mounted in fuel tanks. They are connected to filler neck. EFFECT: possibility of filling the main tank to capacity; avoidance of escape of fuel from main tank to auxiliary tank during changes of aircraft attitude and during parking; simplification of fuelling system; reduced mass of fuelling system and low cost, ease of servicing. 2 dwg |
