Optical sensor for measuring distance

摘要

The imaging optic (3) distributes the light diffusely reflected from the object (2) being measured, so defocussed, so that it impinges on at least one two part photo detector system (e.g. photodiodes D1, D2). The light projected on the object is provided by a light source (1). The entire amount of the reflected light to be evaluated, lies in proportion on the photo detector system, corresp. to the distance of the object being measured. An electrical circuit for evaluating the signals is connected to the output of the photo detector system.
