The building-in device has a turning casing (5) to receive various units (telephone 7, service elements 9,9',9'', computer 10, cassette store 11). The casing is at least partly within a wall region (2) in which there is a wall aperture (1). One or more units or storage boxes (6) are accessible via this aperture when the casing is turned. With the casing in the turned position, at least one further unit and/or a storage box and/or a box to receive a unit is concealed in the wall region. The units may be spread round the casing. The casing may be turned manually or by a motor.
