FRESH BREAD STORAGE METHOD

FIELD: baking. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing polyethylene hermetically sealed bag; positioning wooden slatted screen within bag and placing bread on screen so that bread is isolated from ambient air and insects; placing open capsule with cotton impregnated with tincture of iodine (several drops). Method allows bread to be kept fresh for 4-5 days. EFFECT: increased efficiency in keeping bread in fresh state and simplified method.
