FIELD: transportation. SUBSTANCE: hinge-mounted on supporting frame is body to which upper ends of two levers are connected by means of hinge joints. Design of levers makes it possible to increase their length. Lower ends of these levers have one through cross hole each. Lever ends are connected to chassis frame by means of two hinge joints. Two pins are rigidly connected to supporting frame. Free ends of pins get into cross through holes of levers. Use of this device provides keeping the person in horizontal position when moving along rough terrain without efforts from person in carriage. This device can be used in transportation of loads.
