The sheet metal machine has supports (2, 3) on both sides of the tool carrier (12). Each support has a gap (5) with guides (6) in which a guide carriage (7) is movable. The guide carriage carries the rotatable revolver tool carrier (12) and an indexing bolt (13) for the tool carrier. The two supports are secured to a lower table (1), on whose table surface a lower tool carrier (16) is displaceably and indexably mounted.
