FIELD: pneumatic transportation of materials at high concentration of flow. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir divided by flexible coupler 6. Fitted in upper part 4 of housing 1, rigidly, without breaks in walls, is perforated member 12. Lower perforated members 9, not coupled with hopper, are connected with perforated element 12. So lower perforated elements can move (vibrate) in transported material. Lower portion 8 of housing is connected with transportation main line 11 through discharge hole 10. Offered device can be used as loose material feeder for vacuum transportation installations. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation owing to preparation of material directly in installation chamber feeder. 1 dwg |
